Welcome back to another year at SDS!!! We hope you have enjoyed your break and are ready to dive back into dance. We are feeling refreshed and itching to get back.
We have been hard at work getting organised for the year and it’s going to be a busy one, so we wanted to get in early with some important dates for your diary during Term 1 and 2.
** Please note - Our timetable has had a lot of changes so make sure you’ve checked it out thoroughly to avoid turning up to the wrong class**
JANUARY

28 - Studio Closed for Public Holiday (please note we ARE opened Jan 26!!)
FEBRUARY
4-9 - Level Up Grading Prep Week in all kids classes

17 - Level Up Grading Day - Hip Hop and Breaking

22 - Mid-Year Hip Hop Showcase
30 - SDS Mega Crew leave for Los Angeles to perform at Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd and Knottsberry Farm!
JULY
1- 15 - Studio Closed for School Holidays
Level Up preparation will consistently feature in our classes this year in order to give our students the best possible chance to pass their grading and to level up to the next stage. Level Up is applicable to ALL students aged 6-12 years old who want to move up a level and is the only path that leads to our advanced classes (level 3-4) and is mandatory to be eligible for selection for our studio crews. We love seeing our students progress and highly encourage every SDS student to participate.
